Terms of Sale - Sales policy: All new accessories and equipment are sold with full manufacturer’s warranty. Should a problem arise, contact us and at the sole discretion of the manufacture, we will either have the item repaired or replaced. Whether it is repaired or replaced will be at the discretion of the manufacturer or distributor. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to us or the repair depot.
All of our used equipment is cleaned, inspected and tubes (if any) are tested and replaced if necessary. The unit is then subjected to a thorough listening test before being offered for sale. Some of the pieces offered for sale may have time remaining on manufacturer’s warranty, remaining transferable warranty or full manufacturer’s warranty. If neither of these three conditions apply, the unit has no warranty expressed or implied. Equipment is returnable only if damaged in shipment or is not working upon its arrival. In such a case Black Sand Audio must be notified immediately to make arrangements for return and refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse to refund all or part of the purchase price if it appears the equipment was damaged by the client while in their possession. - Trade-in policy: We accept quality used components on trade as long as they meet the requirements of our trade-in policy.
- Online orders: We reserve the right to refuse fulfillment or request alternate form of payment for any online order at our sole discretion.
- Return policy: Parts, equipment and accessories (except certain electrical components) may be returned for store credit if still in new condition and original packaging for a period of 30 days from receipt. Alternatively items may be returned for refund if still in new condition and original packaging (sealed) within 30 days from date of order (not receipt). Refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, shipping charges and any related fees (credit card, PayPal etc) are non-refundable with either option. All product that has been cut to length, such as cable/wire, is final sale. No merchandise may be returned without an RMA number.

- A store credit is issued in the form of a gift certificate that may be used in part or in full by the customer during the checkout process.
- Canadian customers: Saskatchewan residents will have PST & GST applied to their purchases. All other residents of Canada will have GST applied to their purchases.
- International customers: International shipments may have local/state taxes and/or duties due upon their arrival in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any and all taxes/duties levied by their state/country.
- Customs documents: Black Sand Distributors and its affiliates do not falsify customs documents.
